2026
Now that winter temperatures have turned a little warmer, we’re beginning to see that progress is being made. And it really shows.!
We’ve gone from the “erector-set like” wall interiors to actual closed and painted walls in the rooms. These rooms are now being “decorated” with boxes, boxes, and boxes (cardboard) which contain mill work and other supplies. Lighting is in place and in most spaces the ceiling has been being closed over with the sprinkler system being in place and inspected.
We move to the reception area where the living plant wall is showing itself off because it seems to know that all the banging and dust as well as varying temperatures are almost completed.
We even have some cages in place.
So it shouldn’t be long now and we’ll have our Use and Occupancy
permit from the City of Rockville.
Check back for some final photos.
